Is there free delivery?
How long does it take for my orders to be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We strive to deliver your order within 5 working days upon payment confirmation. During this period, your order will be processed, packed and dispatched. Do note this can take longer during peak festive periods such as Christmas and New Year’s when it may take longer shipments to be dispatched, trust that our elves are busy getting your items to you.
Why don't you ship within 24 hours? Everyone else does.
It is Created By You and For You, solely based on your choices. It's in the details and we prefer to prepare every order when it comes and that takes time as we don’t have items sitting on the shelf. We strive to have your goods reach you without delay. We promise to make it worth the wait.
International Delivery
Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes, we do! Complimentary delivery by air via Singpost Registered Service (International). Does not apply for candles, home diffusers nor perfumes as there are stricter shipping restrictions.
How do I track my orders?
Smartpac (Local) & Registered Service (International) via Singpost
You will first receive a tracking number and then the Smartpac in your mailbox (while this is registered, no signature is required on your part).
If your tracking number on Singpost reads 'Item not found', we encourage you to wait within 1 to 2 business days for the parcel to register on their system. As the parcels are under the control of Singpost once they leave our hands, we have found the best thing is to wait for it to be processed/ captured on their ends.
Registered Service (International) is an optional sign-for service with tracking and signature on delivery in most destinations. Singpost provides the status up to dispatch of the registered mail from Singapore to its destination. Please note that registered mail statuses may not be available depending on the destination.
For International orders, we will send via air as we believe in delivering the best to you, soonest!

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns nor exchanges unless we have processed the order erroneously from what you have ordered. We pride ourselves by maintaining quality control in our products, ensuring they get to you in its’ original condition.

What if I am unable to complete payment for my online order?
Orders with "Pending Credit Card Payment" statuses will be automatically cancelled after an hour.
