After you have completed your shopping, enter the recipient’s shipping address under “Shipping”.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders as quickly as possible, and once dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

We do not deliver candles, diffusers and fragrances as the essential oil content make these goods flammable and unsuited to be shipped overseas.

To sign up, simply select the Auto-Replenishment option for your desired Individual Collective products as shown. Select your preferred shipment frequency, and check out as normal. You'll then be on your way towards achieving effortless, natural beauty - on your schedule.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription upon signing up.
This email will include a link to access 'My Auto-Replenishment' where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and Auto-Replenishment account information.
We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped.
After each Auto-Replenishment order, we will send you an email for your records.
You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Replenishment account, such as if your product is discontinued, if your payment has been unsuccessful, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
To review or modify your Auto-Replenishment account information, visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section within the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section.
To amend the frequency click on ‘Delivery Schedule’, here you can change the number of units and/or the frequency of your deliveries.
To amend the next orders delivery date, click on the calendar option and change the date of delivery.
If you need to change your delivery address you will need to do this in the 'YOUR ADDRESSES' section of your account. Simply amend your default delivery address to your new address. Please note it will take up to 24 hours for the change to be processed.
To cancel your Auto-replenishment subscription go to your "MY ACCOUNT" and click on "Manage Subscriptions".
You'll then see the list of your auto-replenishment products. To cancel, click on 'Edit' and locate 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges unless we have processed the order erroneously from what you have ordered. We pride ourselves by maintaining quality control in our products, ensuring they get to you in its’ original condition.
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, sincere apologies! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing the order number and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered.
BRAND AND PRODUCTS
We pride ourselves to be transparent in our ingredients listing so you may consult your doctor to ensure that our products are aligned with your pregnancy plans.
You may check the PAO (period-after-opening) to ascertain the product’s useful timeline. The symbol has a number next to it (eg. 12M) which is the number of months a product will be good for use upon opening.
Do also keep your products away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

A big No-No for us! We feel strongly against animal testing and we have never tested our products, active ingredients or raw materials on animals at any point in the product development or manufacturing process.
